Bolo Mobile?

WTF is Bolo, you ask? Well, it has several meanings, but only two meanings to me...

• A term used in the military for someone who doesn't know what they're doing.

I've never been in the military, and I often don't know what I'm doing.

• A kickass mulitplayer tank game developed by Stuart Cheshire in 1987.

I was introduced to Bolo by a couple of stoners from Oregon in the mid 90's and spent many an hour getting my ass handed to me. It worked well on 28k modems and was addictive. Someone ported it to Win/Lin but it sucked. I heard someone ported it to Mac OS X but I haven't tried it. It would make a KILLER mobile multiplayer game however. Somebody should make it so...

Inaugural Post

Here comes '06. January 1st is in a few days and im warming up a new blog. Might be topical, might not. Probably makes the difference whether anyone will read it or not but oh well ... I aint just about the eyeballs (Unless of course, i actually get eyeballs, in which case i'll slut this thing out with as many ads as i can fit on a page). If it is topical, you can probably guess whats its going to be about. Think small.
